Find out the resonant frequency of the bond

Infrared spectra are employed by chemists to assist to recognize an unknown substance. Atoms in a molecule which are bound altogether by a particular bond vibrate at a predictable frequency, and light at that frequency is absorbed robustly by the atom. In the case of C=O double bond, for instance, the oxygen atom is bound to carbon by a bond which has an efficient spring constant of 2800 N/m. If we suppose that the carbon atom remains stationary (it is joined to other atoms in the molecule), find out the resonant frequency of this bond and the wavelength of light which matches that frequency. (The mass of oxygen atom is 2.66 x 10-26 kg.)
