Two rigid tanks (A and B) of equal volume (V=1 m^3) are connected by a pipe and valve. Initially, the valve is closed and the properties of water are given. TA1=160 degrees Celsius, PA1=0.3 MPa, TB1=50 degrees Celsius, and PB1=0.1 MPa.

a) Determine the initial phase of water in Tank A and B.
b) At some point, the valve between the tanks is opened and the water in the two tanks mix adiabatically. Determine the final state and phase of the mixture after it reaches equilibrium.
