Find diameter for safety factor against yielding is given

A thin-walled circular tube must support a torque of 6 KN.m and a pure bending moment of 4.4 KN.m. If the wall thickness of the tube is 3 mm,

a) What must the diameter be so that the safety factor against yielding (with respect to max shear stress theory) is 1.5?

Yield stress = 724 MPa.
