Find desired radius and mass of absorber

A CPVA is attached to the crankshaft driven by a three-cylinder four-stroke engine which produces a maximum primary torque oscillation of magnitude T0 = 30 Nm. The circular path of the absorber is centered at a point R = 5 cm from the center of crankshaft rotation. Find the desired radius and mass of the absorber if the absorber is to not exceed an angular deflection amplitude of 30 degrees when the engine is running at 750 rpm.
