Find depth at which surface light remains

Intensity of light entering water is decreased according to exponential function I=I0e-kd where I is intensity d feet below surface, Io is intensity at the surface, and k is coefficient of extinction. Measurements in Sargasso Sea in West Indies have indicated that half surface light reached the depth of 73.6 feet. Determine k, and find depth at which 1% of surface light remains.
