Feedback from my team helps with seeing all sides of how

A mission statement helps an organization stay grounded to its core values and to remember their basic principles that the company was founded on. A mission statement is just words but if the company has to be able to talk the talk and walk the walk because it is a public company and the public is always watching. It forces the company to do what they promised. It also paints a pretty picture for social responsibility . For example, part of the Red Cross mission statement says " provide relief to victims od disaster and help people prevent, prepare for, and respond to emergencies." It has good PR while showing support for their actions and reasons. Quaker Oats markets their products well based off their mission statement, "inspired by the power and wholesome goodness of the amazing oat." A mission statement is there to make sure that employees and management are encouraged to consider the decisions that they make with their jobs are in alignment with the principles from the mission statement.

Feedback from my team helps with seeing all sides of how people process the information recieved differently. It encourages open communication between the owner and employees. It also can help with seeing how the decision making process will go.
