For this assignment, assume the role of a global HR manager. You've been asked to handle a problem or a difficult situation in your workplace. Select a problem or difficult situation from your professional experience, or one that you would like to address in the future. Begin with a brief background of the scenario so you can explain your role in the successful (or not) resolution.
Then, include the following in the body of your email:
1. Analyze the relationships between the motivational theories and the leadership theories you have been studying to apply to the problem.
2. Explore your creative-thinking process and formulate motivational methods of your leadership style that could have helped avoid this situation becoming a problem.
3. Apply these learnings to resolve the problem differently. Recommend organizational, and employee approaches to motivation and delegation in order to effectively managing conflicts. Remember to include cultural inclusion and diversity approaches.
