For this assignment, assume the role of a global HR manager. You've been asked to handle a problem or a difficult situation in your workplace. Select a problem or difficult situation from your professional experience, or one that you would like to address in the future. Begin with a brief background of the scenario so you can explain your role in the successful (or not) resolution.

1. Analyze the relationships between the motivational theories and the leadership theories you have been studying to apply to the problem.
