I. Identify at least one indicator for each of the seven measures that suggests an association may be meeting the "remarkable" standard for that measure. For example, consider Measure 1: A customer service culture. An indicator might be that the association has a member call center where the representatives receive regular customer service training. The examples you provide should be based on your understanding of associations and what they do (or should be doing). You don't have to do any research . Base your response on your own judgment and experience.

II. Next, select a professional society or a trade/industry association that you feel excels with respect to at least one of the seven measures. Name the association and provide its website link. Identify the measure that you are referencing and explain why you feel the association may be "remarkable" relative to that measure. Provide specific evidence to support your assertion.
