Explain who developed the social learning theory

Assignment task:

Because there are so many factors to take into account during the counselling process, it can be challenging to say whether one counselling style is more effective than another. For instance, if we attempt to compare the efficacy of two counsellors using the same theoretical model, the results of the counselling may differ significantly due to variations in the histories and circumstances of the clients, variations in the counselors' communication styles, and even variations in the moods of the clients and counsellors on the day of the comparison.  It is difficult to experimentally account for such disparities, making it nearly impossible to establish the superiority of any particular counselling strategy. Without such evidence, counsellors must do everything in their power to ensure that the treatment model(s) they use are effective.
