Explain which of these processes the more reversible

At room temperature (25 C) a 200 ml bottle of water is placed inside a refrigerator maintained at 2 C and allowed to come to equilibrium. Assuming that the heat capacity of the refrigerator interior is countless, and that the refrigerator is isolated from its surroundings, determine the entropy change of the bottle of water, the inside of the universe and the refrigerator. Then repeat this problem, assuming that the bottle is first placed in a refrigerator maintained at 10 C, allowed to equilibrate, and then the temperature inside the refrigerator is abruptly lowered to 2 C and the bottle of water ultimately reaches the same temperature. Explain which of these processes the more reversible is and which of the six numbers that you have measured demonstrate this quantitatively?
