Instructions: The PowerPoint should be 10 to 15 slides excluding the title and reference pages. Speaker notes should expand upon and clarify the content on the slides. Presentation should be formatted in current APA guidelines with at least 4 academic references cited. References must be within the last five years.
The purpose of this homework is to identify a theory or model which can be used as a framework for a future evidence-based project
Task:
i. Review literature regarding issues or concerns within your selected area of advanced practice nursing.
ii. Select a theory or model which is relevant to your selected area of advanced practice nursing.
iii. Offer a meaningful context for evidence-based practice surrounding the issue or concern which you identified.
iv. Identify and describe a theory or model, and explain its relevance to the issues or concerns within your selected area of advanced practice.
v. Explain how the theory or model can be used as a framework to guide evidence-based practice to address the issue or concern, and discuss the unique insight or perspective offered through the application of this theory or model.
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
ii) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
iii) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
