Advantages:
Refreshing is not needed.
Produce a very steady image free of Flicker.
Less bulky than a CRT.
DISADVANTAGES:
Poor resolution of up to 60 d.p.i.
It needs complex addressing and wiring.
It is costlier than CRT.
