For the following questions, use Dataset 3.1 shown below

I. This experiment sought to look at a within subjects/ repeated design to test the effect of administration of the drug "ZIP" on cultured neurons. In this case measurements of sEPSCs were obtained both before (baseline) and after administration (post ZIP) of the drug.

i) Using a repeated/ paired t-test, what is the t value and p value (two tailed) of the paired samples' sEPSCs Frequencies?

ii) Did administration of ZIP significantly alter the sEPSC Frequencies of these cells? (assume 2 tailed test at α=0.05) Explain using p-value, means, and standard deviations/ errors of the mean.
