Problem
I'm having a hard time finding a less offensive way to write the sentence: "Learn about mental capacity, how it is evaluated, who evaluates it and how to appeal a finding of incapacity."
When talking about people living with a disability, intellectual and developmental. was hoping I would be able to ask if someone could help me find the proper words to use to rewrite the statement to be more considerate to the individual living with the disability the sentence.
Also, is this offensive? I feel like it is.. so im trying to explain that i feel it should be written differently, however, im stumped when i try to give an example of how i think it should be written differently. I hope this makes sense.
