Explain projection equipment for all classrooms have been

Project Assignment

You have had a chance to meet with Dr. Patterson and get a more complete understand of your team's work in this project. Here are some tasks your team will and will not be responsible for completing:

1. Projection equipment for all classrooms have been standardized and will be purchased through the Facilities portion of the project. Your team needs to coordinate with Facilities to assure the installation is completed per the schedule. You will be working closely with Mark Pullman's team for this task.

2. Computers were recently refreshed in the computer classrooms/labs in the existing buildings. In all but three computer classrooms/labs, equipment will be reused from the existing classrooms. Your team will coordinate the move of this equipment with Joyce Kim's IT staff, who will perform the move.

3. For the three computer classrooms requiring new equipment, your team will work with cybersecurity staff and faculty from Dr. Arnold's to provide recommendations to Joyce Kim's purchasing staff. Because these classrooms will be used for the cybersecurity and network program, there will be other equipment needed. The budget for new equipment will come from Ms. Kim's budget.

4. All network communication and telephony services will be outsourced. Joyce Kim's team will execute the procurement for the new equipment and installation as well as handle the budget for these tasks. Your team will need to coordinate closely with Ms. Kim's staff to assure that the installation is completed per schedule.

5. Your team is responsible for assuring that all employee data is updated in the employee database. This includes office location, phone number, if changed, and mail stop. Be prepared to work with representatives from all departments that are relocating to the new building.

6. Your team must work closely with Mark Pullman's team on the purchase and installation of new office, common area, and classroom furniture. Purchases will come from another budget, but your team will coordinate the installation of all new furniture.

7. Your team will need to procure movers for Move Week. Be prepared to have your team meet with the management from the selected movers for preparation and instruction before Move Week.

Most of your budget will be related to manpower, rather than equipment or outsourcing, except for the movers. Hardware and equipment purchases will come from other budgets and be managed by other project teams.
