The purpose of the project is to give you an opportunity to apply what you have learned in the course.
A project management plan is a document that is used to guide and control a project. It includes a project overview, structure, processes, requirements, risk, schedule, deliverables and budget.
Use the headings provided, Section Project Management Plan Contents (Pages 161-164) to create a project management plan for the term project you have chosen.
Include the Project Charter and Project Scope Statement in the Appendix.
Your work should be submitted in a Word document, 8 to 12 pages in length (including the appendices), typed in double-space, in 10- or 12-point Arial or Times New Roman font. The page margins on the top, bottom, left side, and right side should be 1 inch each. You should use the APA guidelines for writing and citations.
