Explain impact of culture-strategy on dynamic cultures


As many of us have seen or personally experienced, culture and structure can be good soul mates or difficult business partners. It can mean that both time and red tape and even the bureaucracy create an environment or culture where the decision making process is not so simple and not very effective.
