We are assigned to perorm a startegic business plan using the Business Model Canvas. Also The Value Proposition Canvas that is derived from Business Model Canvas. These models enable the business to structurally provides an easy overview of customers’ needs as a clear brief that can support the company in its designing process. Also It matches each specific customer job with a certain function of the product or service, each expected gain with a gain creator by the product. Then the hypothesis testing results at the end should match the core of the vlaue propositon section.

Explain how the value proposition canvas, consumer segments, the business model canvas and hypothesis testing fit together. Explain the process for moving information from step in the process to the next step in the process. Basically, this question is asking you to explain what happens in each step, what information each step develops, what step comes next, and what the end user plans to end up with.
