Formatting requirements:
1 Minimum two pages per article (6 articles total)
2 Double spacing
3 Font size 12, Arial or Times New Roman font
4 Minimum THREE references per article listed in the references section at the end in APA style
Here are the sections you need to include for each article:
1 The summary and the central idea derived from the article - what is described in the article in your own words (about ~ 1 page)
2 Implications of the topic on any one type of healthcare organization - general medical and surgical hospitals, specialty care hospitals, ambulatory care clinics, long term care centers and hospices (about ~ 1/3 page)
3 Explain how the central idea discussed in the article impacts any one department (let's say finance, operations, clinical, clinical support staff, administrative support staff, leadership, or human resource) in the healthcare setting you've chosen. Support with a reference (about ~ 1/3 page)
4 Describe how the outcomes can be improved in the department you've chosen with at least two strategies or recommendations for improvement. Support with two references (about ~ 1/3 page)
