For this Activity, you are required to draft a report to develop processes to manage ideas and information for JKL Industries. To assist you with this task, you are provided business documents of JKL Industries (Attachment 1). Your report to 'Develop processes to manage ideas and information at JKL Industries' must include: communicating information to support others to achieve work responsibilities, facilitating employees' contributions to consultation on work issues, providing feedback on the outcomes of consultations, resolution of issues raised or referral to relevant personnel. Your report must contain 3 sections, i.e.

a). an opening, b). body, c). conclusion

During this Activity, you will be observed by your Assessor demonstrating the following: Manage ideas and information by:

Ensuring strategies and processes are in place to communicate information associated with the achievement of work responsibilities to all co-workers

Developing consultation processes to ensure that employees have the opportunity to contribute to issues related to their work role

Facilitating feedback to employees on outcomes of the consultation processes

Developing processes to ensure that issues raised are resolved promptly or referred to relevant personnel

Activity 2A.

For this Activity, you will establish policies to ensure that JKL Industry's cultural diversity and ethical values are adhered to. The newly established policy will follow the same outline of the existing policies.

General outline is:

For this activity, you will write notes to provide leadership through own behaviour. The notes must include information on: professional conduct that promotes trust with internal and external contacts and adjusting own interpersonal communication style to meet the organisation's cultural diversity and ethical environment.

During this Activity, you will be observed by your Assessor demonstrating the following: Establish systems to develop trust and confidence by:

- Establishing policies to ensure that the organisation's cultural diversity and ethical values are adhered to
- Gaining and maintain the trust and confidence of colleagues and external contacts through professional conduct
- Adjusting own interpersonal communication styles to meet the organisation's cultural diversity and ethical environment and guide and support the work team in their personal adjustment process

Activity 3.

For this Activity, you will write notes to plan for, and manage, the use of networks to support identifiable outcomes for the team and for JKL Industries.

During this Activity, you will be observed by your Assessor demonstrating the following: Manage the development and maintenance of networks and relationships by:

- Using networks to build workplace relationships providing identifiable outcomes for the team and the organisation.
- Conducting ongoing planning to ensure that effective internal and external workplace relationships are developed and maintained

Activity 4.

For this Activity, you will write a report to develop processes and systems to manage difficulties for JKL Industries. The report must include difficulties of: identifying and resolving conflicts and other difficulties according to organisational policies and procedures, planning how to address difficulties, providing guidance, counselling and support to assist co-workers in resolving their work difficulties. ropriate and

Providing guidance, counselling and support to assist co-workers in resolving their work difficulties

Develop and implement an action plan to address any identified difficulties.
