Explain how rnr model should be applied to parole officer

Problem: John is a 26-year-old male who is currently serving 12 months in a halfway house following a two-year prison sentence, as a result of a conviction for getting into a bar fight and substantially injuring the other person. After his time in the halfway house, he will then serve four years on traditional parole supervision. With a peppered history of low-level property convictions, John is labeled by the LS/CMI risk assessment to have a moderate likelihood to recidivate (i.e., he is a moderate risk). He is personable, and possesses excellent communication skills, but appears to have issues with authority figures and is easily agitated by insults from others.

Explain how the RNR model should be applied to John by his parole officer.
