Lourdes owns a property. There is a deed, however, that says that Jose owns the property. The property is located in Florida. Jose moves onto the property and lives there for eight years. Jose pays the taxes on the property and pays for the upkeep of the property. Jose files a quiet title action asking the court to declare that he is the owner of the property, You are the judge.
