This will be a role-play activity. You should work with two of your peers who will play the role of team members in the organisation.

Imagine you are the manager of D&N Printing investigating the incident. Conduct a one-to-one meeting with Jonathon about his behaviour and offer feedback. Next, conduct a one-to-one meeting with Yasmine explaining what actions you have taken to investigate and resolve the incident.

Case Study A - Investigation D&N Printing is a one-stop-shop for printing requirements. The company is currently expanding and they have hired new staff members at the shop. Recently there was an altercation between two members of staff called Yasmine and Jonathon, regarding inappropriate language and actions. It has been decided that Jonathon was at fault. However, the problem appears to be prevalent in other parts of the company. It is against the company policy to use inappropriate language and actions in the workplace. The organisational policy states that members of staff must conduct themselves professionally at all times. They must also display courteous behaviour towards others.
