Assignment:

You are to identify the leadership style that best fits and aligns with your approach to public service leadership. You are to identify the strengths and weaknesses of this approach as well as discuss at least two characteristics you wish to develop in your approach to leadership after discussing the characteristics that you feel you already possess (probably in the Leadership Strengths and Weaknesses section of the body of your paper). You will also need to address each of the grading rubric areas by discussing in your paper the following: public service leadership strengths and weaknesses, role of leadership in managing change in the field, role of leadership as a scholar practitioner in skill development, role of leadership in maintaining multidisciplinary relationships, leadership ethical tenets, the importance of diversity and inclusion, and provide a summary of the scholar practitioner model (Capella University's chosen model) applied to leadership development.Require an APA Abstract and a brief Introduction & Conclusion. You are to take the perspective of your chosen public service leadership style/model applied to yourself.

You also should have research to support your paper including at least 3 references preferably peer reviewed journal or book references. Your paper should be 7 to 9 pages maximum including coversheet, abstract page, and reference page. Note this will leave you with just 4-6 pages for the body of your paper
