Experiment in the heat transfer lab

An experiment in the heat transfer lab requires saturated steam at 500 kPa. If the steam
is transported to the lab in a 5.08 cm ID steel pipe (k = 60.5W/m.K), with wall thickness
0.3175 cm, surrounded by 3.8 cm thick calcium silicate insulation (k = 0.055W?m?K), of
length 15 m, sitting in still air at 290 K, determine the required superheat at the inlet.
The required mass ?ow rate at the exit is 200 kg/h.
