Excel File to Responsive CSS/HTML page
Project Description:
Excel file to be converted into a responsive form for a site. In the excel file you will see where the input fields are and where the output is. This can be used for a website in desktop and a mobile form so it needs to be responsive.
The user will need to be able to input his or her name and email at the top of this form. This is where the email will get sent once the form is submitted.
There requirements to be three buttons on the form.
- Determine which will calculate the form
- Reset which will reset all the data entered
- Submit which will send an email to me and an email to the user that filled out the form.
Skills required are CSS, HTML5, Javascript, Java, PHP
