Objective statement or position interest. This should be limited to one or two sentences.

Skills you possess that match common KPIs in job position descriptions.

Include high school, vocational school, or transfer junior college, as well as current education.

Experience.

General attributes or interests.

The cover letter, at a minimum, must include the following:

1. Name and contact information.

2. Work or volunteer examples of effective collaborative practices and the impact of choice consequences on others.

3. Examples of your personal progress and successful achievements toward designated goals and the most appropriate leadership strategies that you have used or work well with in prior examples.

4. Identification of a mission, value, or initiative of a company that hires for a position of interest to you that is consistent with the Christian worldview or integrates the Christian worldview within your desired position for the common good.

5. Closing, in which you ask for a meeting, contact, or response.

Post the resume to an electronic job search platform, such as Career Connections (preferred), LinkedIn, Indeed, or others that allow a link to the profile to be shared. Include the link to the posted profile at the bottom of the cover letter when submitting the assignment.
