This module consists of tWO exercises to be delivered: Video, Excel and PDF.

EXERCISE 1 - Identify and contrast your PROBLEM HYPOTHESES BY CLIENT SEGMENTS. Deliver a Word document (PDF) with 10 pages. Help Excel attached.?We want you to use your beginner's mind: questioning everything, without judging, being curious and generating true empathy. To elaborate and write this document, follow the following steps:

1.- Make a list of all the problems you want to solve or if you already have your idea in mind, the problems that you assume your product will solve.

2.- Analyze how many people affect these problems. Choose three customer segments that affect you especially and that you would like to help.

3.- Identify three problem hypotheses for each of the three customer segments. Total 9 hypotheses. See Excel example.

4.- Here begins the challenge as an entrepreneur. You have to interview at least 10 people from each customer segment. Total, 30 interviews. We need to find patterns and corroborate your hypotheses.

5.- Before performing your first experiment (impromptu interviews) you need to: define the following aspects:

(a) The objective: what do you want to learn with this interview?

(b) The 5 questions we are going to ask.

(c) How are we going to measure the result?

(d) Where will we find enough clients from each segment to do the interviews?

(e) What has been the learning obtained and if your hypotheses have been corroborated.?1.6.- Tell us what your next experiments are going to be that you suspect will give you more information.

EXERCISE 2 - Complete the Excel document with your experiments: problems, customer segments, hypothesis, objectives, questions, place and results.
