Panoramic Meeting: This idea aims to provide clients with the full view during the meeting or a presentation. In the meeting room, five walls (top, front, two sides, and back) will be built with a large screen such that the presenter may want to demo or display a product, clients will see how it looks like with the most real simulated experience. For example, if the presenter want to display the decorations plan of a room, it would be good to use the panoramic meeting room to give clients the best view.

(i) Through market research and analysis, identify 3 critical success factors (CSFs) for each of the following perspective: Eliminate - D, Reduce - C, Raise - B, Create - A, New customer groups - X.

(ii) Using focus, divergence and tagline, critically evaluate why this idea is a blue ocean strategy. This evaluation should first be done from the perspective of your chosen industry.
