Scholarly Paper Assignment
This paper is a for a nursing community Leadership class where five people volunteer and we must do a paper base on the following instructions.
Scholarly Practicum Proposal will include the following:
· Problem Statement ( CHILD SAFETY AGE 5 TO 12 )
· ONE goal ( PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU WRITE THIS USING THE FOLLOWING ACRONYM )
Develop your goals and objectives:
"S"- Specific- State exactly what you want to accomplish (Who, What, Where and Why)
"M" Measurable- How will you demonstrate and evaluate the extent to which the goal has been met.
"A" Achievable- What is your action-oriented verb? (See last page of syllabus)
"R" Relevant- How does the goal tie into your key responsibilities? How is it aligned to objectives?
"T" Time-bound- Set a target date- "by when" to guide your goal. Include deadlines, dates, frequency.
· Three behavioral objectives ( MAKE THIS UP )
· Action Plan/Evaluation tool methods ( HOW ARE WE EVALUATING AND WHAT ARE OUR ACTION PLAN USE YOUR IMAGINATION AND RESEARCH)
· Implication for Nursing Practice ( WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT FOR NURSING)
· 4-6 Evidence Based References ( IMPORTANT!!!!! )
Goals must be related to the course objectives and the area of your practicum experience. The objectives should be specific and measurable. The plan of action should include step-by-step process to meet the objectives. The implications for nursing practice should be evidence-based.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
3. Also include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
