Evalaute the equilibrium temperature


The two blocks of Cu, one of two kg and the other of 1 kg mass are positioned in a well insulated container so no heat can flow in or out of the system. One block is primarily at 100C and the other is at 40C.

i) Compute the equilibrium temperature.

ii) Compute change in entropy once equilibrium is arrived. (Ccu = 390 J/kg•k)
