Estimate the specific heat and atomic weight of the iron

105 grams of Iron (Fe) is heated in test tube until it is 100 degrees C. Then the Iron is poured into a Calorimeter containing 100 ml of water at 20 degrees C. The 20 degrees C water in the Calorimeter then becomes 29 degrees C. Estimate the specific heat and atomic weight of the Iron. Use 1 cal/g°C for water.
