ASSIGNMENT PROMPT : Oral Report
Interpretation Oral Report PROMPT:
Using your individual problem/goal from the first 3 weeks of this class, begin to look at the data you have collected from outside sources or discussions with people/groups involved and interpret the data using a design thinking method.
· Review the Framing Insights section of 101 Design Thinking Methods found under resources .
· Establish a process that works for your learning style to gather and sort these into themes. Be sure to look for 5-6 key themes that inform what the actual design project should include. You could use post it notes, a mind map, draw circles on paper, create an excel sheet - whatever works for you.
· Next, title your themes and write a brief description of each including they key concepts that came together to form this theme. Remember these themes are not the "ideas" but rather the framework by which we will eventually evaluate our ideas. These form the framework of our solutions.
