Identify and discuss two distinct industries where the environmental externalities of one-and thus any regulations affecting those externalities-have important consequences for the other. Describe relevant externalities, regulations, and conflicts of interest, referring to examples and/or data drawn from industries in specific real countries/jurisdictions. Present and justify what you consider the optimal means of reconciling these inter-industry conflicts of interest.
