The highest human imperative is treating others with love, compassion, and dignity. According to various behaviors, experts' human beings are accountable for doing what is finest for their clients and relatives. There can be consequences of not engaging in cultural responsiveness, including the absence of client development, reduction in household engagement/nonexistence of buy-in, and possible moral apprehensions.
It is pronounced that parents' opinion always matters and that emphasizes the client's success. The complete form of BCBA is Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) is the leading management that gives the allowances for the BCBA title. It is not okay to make decisions without considering parents' input, as they are the ones who know the most about their children. The parents of any child are those people who give maximum attention to their child's needs and requirements. Consequently, parents are better positioned than most others to comprehend their kids' exclusive requirements and make choices for their child's welfare (Singh et al.,2018).
It is also a moral decency and a sense of compassion to include the parents in any behavior analysis for their children. It is a fact that BCBA is an expert in their work, and they do not need any advice from any third party. However, because the parents are the sole entity who takes full responsibility for their children so, ethically and morally, they should be included. Before initiating any work or treatment with their children, their consent and approval should be taken.
