Assignment Task:

The Indigo Assessment is a tool designed to help you better understand yourself-how you communicate, what motivates you, how you make decisions, and what strengths you bring to the table. It includes four main parts:

Your behavioral style (i.e., how you tend to act and interact with others).

Your motivators (i.e., what drives your energy and engagement).

Your judgment patterns (i.e., how you evaluate situations and make decisions, based on the Hartman Value Profile).

Your top skills (i.e., the soft skills you naturally excel at).

Together, these insights give you a clearer picture of how you work best, what environments suit you, and how to align your strengths with your goals.

Part 1 - Indigo Assessment

Use the "Indigo Assessment" link provided by your instructor to complete the Indigo Assessment. You will need to allow yourself approximately 45 minutes of uninterrupted time to complete the assessment. Note: You will need to complete the Indigo Assessment prior to beginning "Part 2 - Reflection".

After you complete the Indigo Assessment, take the screenshot of the top of the first page only. Add the screenshot of the first page on a Word document. Do not submit the entire assessment, as this contains personal information. This assessment is for self-evaluation and consideration. Your grade on this assignment is not associated with your specific results, only with the completion of the assessment. You will be asked to reflect on your results in Part 2.

Part 2 - Reflection

Once you add the screenshot of the Indigo Assessment on a Word document, reflect on the results of your assessment and respond to the following prompts in 400 to 500 words:

Briefly summarize your results.
