Problem
A 60 year-old-man walks in to the neurology clinic with the symptoms/characteristics detailed below.
i. While walking, he raises his feet high and then lowers them to the ground in a stomping manner.
ii. Stands with his feet wide apart.
iii. When asked to close his eyes and stand with his feet close to each other, he sways excessively and the doctor is forced to provide support to keep him from falling.
iv. Vibration sensory loss on bony prominences of both legs.
v. Other than reported above, no known sensory loss
