Draw an Enhanced Entity-Relationship (EER) diagram based on the following business environment.

The US Department of Education (DoE) wants to develop a database that, over time, will allow it to match students graduating from its high schools and universities with the kinds of job opportunities that there are in each US state. In order to do this, it has decided to maintain data about the companies headquartered in each state, the universities in each state, and the high schools in each state.

For each state, the DoE wants to store the name of its capital city, the current governor, the population, and the area in square miles. For each company in a state, it will include the company name, city, president, and main phone number. For each company there will be a list of jobs including the name of the job and the number of such positions the company has in its HQ state. For each job there will be a list of skill names.

Also, for each state, the DoE wants to store information about every high school in the state, including the high school name, the city it’s in, and the number of students attending it. The DoE wants to track the teachers in its high schools. Each teacher has a unique teacher number, name, and a list of subjects they are qualified to teach. Some teachers, particularly those with scarce specialties, teach in more than one high school (but always in the same state). For each high school that a teacher teaches in, the DoE wants to know the percentage of time that a teacher teaches there and the year that the teacher began teaching there.

For each university in each state, the DoE wants to keep track of the university’s personnel and its buildings. Each university employee (full-time professors, administrators, and adjunct (part-time) professors) has a unique employee number, name, and phone number. Data about full-time professors include the name of their department and their date-of-birth. Also, the DoE wants to keep track of the degrees that each professor has earned, including the degree type (BS, MS, PhD, etc.), the university at which it was earned, and the year it was earned.) For each administrator, the state wants to know their title, annual salary, and the year they assumed their current administrative position. For each adjunct professor, all that is needed is their salary per course taught. A university employee can only be in one of these three positions and there are no other positions possible. For each university building, the DoE wants to know its name, address, and size in square feet.
