Purpose: The purpose of this assignment is to provide an opportunity for students to better understand technological advances and challenges in workforce and the community. The opportunity should allow students to demonstrate their understanding on, skills for, and appreciation of diverse cultures, ethical actions, social wellness, and social responsibility. --- [COURSE obj. 4-7]

(1). Find two people who are currently employed in different (profit or nonprofit) industries and have had at least 10 years of full-time working experiences

(2). Draft a list of questions to learn about their jobs and how technological advancement has influenced their job function, work style, career path, ethical decision-making, and life. Please don't forget to ask for examples.

(3). Conduct two separate interviews.

(4). Develop one analytical report of your interviews in a way that reflects and discusses the topics/issues addressed in the class. The report is expected to be in between 1,500-2,000 words (not include cover page, and references) as measured by Microsoft Word's word counter.

(5). Provide an additional section of your thought/reflection (in between 400-500 words) to this experience at the end of the report.

Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:

1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.

2. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.

3. Also include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
