Domain
A community will be just a group of friends without the commitment to the domain. A domain is not just the group of people with connections but it is an identity which is defined by a shared domain of interest. A shared domain will create a sense of accountability to the body of knowledge and also to the development of practice. Becoming a member to such a community indicates a commitment to the domain and also to some sort of ability in the area of interest where the domain is centred. The communities can be more or less explicit about everything which the domain will include like the purpose, the resolved issues, the open questions which will allow them to decide the matters. The domain will also guide the questions to be asked and also the way the knowledge has to be organised.
