Problem
When deciding whether to go or not go with a new project it is common for a business to include as part of the costs of undertaking the new project some portion of the firm's existing overhead costs (i.e., rent or lease payments, etc.). Does this make sense for such incremental business decisions (i.e., whether or not to proceed with a new project)? Explain why or why not.
