sample answers please use it as an idea to answer but don't copy. i just want your answer to be similar.

1.Adults can encourage activity in the youth by finding activity play spaces for children that are child proof, accessible and inviting. (Pg 196) Adults can also show kids fun physical activites that are appropriate for children like playing Simon says and having dance classes. A few more ways an adult can encourage is by letting the youth pick an age appropriate active and leadening by example let the youth see you constantly exercising.

2. Developing healthy habits during childhood and adolescence does affect future health and wellness. Oneexample is that if a child is overweight he is more likely to become overweight adult (192) Another example of why you should develop healthy habits is that active youth have less risk for chronic diseases, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes and osteoperosis. Children who understand the concept of being full are less likely to become overweight.Page 185

3. Continued tracking of your fitness levels in the various areas (aerobic fitness, muscular fitness, flexibility can help keep an exercise program on track because: you have created a balanced routine, it also lets you got at your own pace, you already have scheduled the time to exercise, allows you time for a recovery and you don't get bored or tired of doing the same thing every day because different areas require different exercises.

4. My comment on the statement in regards to aging is that you should never stop engaging in physical activity even if you are of older age. I learned that some scientist have even said that exercising can slow down aging. Those scientist talked about how a 73 old Japanese woman had just recently climbed mount everest. Recent research even shows aerobic activity is important for healthy cognitive functions. Regular exercise eases the stiffness and pain of arthritiss. Regular exercise was found to be an important element in the management of some diseases like coronary heart diseasee, peripheral vascular disease type 2 diabetes and obesity. Page 228

5. Physical activities can be used to bring old and young people together because the young people love learning a variety of new activities that an older person can teach. Also you can make the activity sort of competitive for example if you are swimming you can see who swam the fastest this makes activity friendly and fun. Another example is that when you both try a new physical activity the both of you start of on the same boat this can increase bonding because you are experiencing something together as a group.
