Discussion about claiming responsibility

Assignment task:

How would you give positive feedback in 2 small paragraphs for the following?

The company I have chosen is Wells Fargo. I have a personal endless great disdain for Wells Fargo. The company in 2013, and its employees were using terrible methods to meet sales goals. "Approximately 30 employees were fired for opening new accounts and issuing debit or credit cards without customer knowledge, in some cases by forging signatures" (Tayan, 2019). I was one of those credit cards that they issued. Also, there was a balance on that credit card of 5000$. Which I had to pay back to protect my own credit and not have it go to collections. The CFO of Wells Fargo said he was unaware of his company's employees misdoings when the news broke about it. How he could not be aware when the employees would get bonuses for meeting or exceeding sales goals is beyond me. Wells Fargo made a deal and shelled out 2.6 million dollars to customers affected. I put in my claim and have never seen or heard about it again. But the CEO, Stumpf, received over 40 million dollars in kick backs. The company had to pay fines to bureaus and state attorney generals.

HR could have handled this better, and so could have the CEO and CFO by claiming some responsibility and at least offered an apology to its customers. They stole from and took advantage of their customers and justice was defiantly not served in any way to its customers.
