Although Assignment is referred to as a Team Assignment, although you will be getting feedback from your Learning Partner
It is always good to discuss ideas with other people, especially your Learning Partner. In the Individual Assignment, you created five goal statements in following the SMARTER Model to become an effective transformational leader. Goals with objectives equate to tasks that can be measured.
Identify a measure or metric (benchmark) to assess when each goal will be completed. Share your goals and measures with your Learning Partner (LP) for his/her consideration and feedback.
Based upon what you learned from your LP, assess how realistic and reliable the goals are. "A valid measure assesses what it is supposed to assess, while a reliable measure provides a consistently true score across situations and time" (Sosik & Jung, 2010, p. 259). To reiterate, the process should be consistent and repeatable.
Create a 2-3 page paper discussing the "compare and contrast" between your original goal statements and what your LP suggested for consideration. Include a discussion about how this process was helpful when thinking about you, the transformational leader, and your current/future followers, peers, and superiors.
Write your paper using the current APA format, and citation style.
