This is a fun activity that will continue to employ your critical thinking skills. I will like you to engage in trying to promote an awareness of equality or social reproductions.
Most people believe that we must have the best teachers for our K-12 students. Rank the following in terms of their importance when determining what will make a strong and effective teacher. Rank from the most to the least important characteristic:
a) teacher's level of education
b) teacher's scores on graduate school entrance exams
c) race of the teacher matches the race of the majority of students
After you've ranked the items, discuss why you made that choice or why you ranked as you did? Find scholarly articles to support your position.
