Consider your current or former employer and discuss the level of formality of risk management in this organization. Is the practice successful at reducing risk on the organizational projects? Describe a situation where risks were successfully managed, and the successful risk management contributed to the overall project success. What was the nature of the risks? How were the risks identified, assessed and responded to? Does the culture promote systematic risk assessment? Are the people who manage risks recognized for their contribution?
