Discussion 2: The Role of the Contracting Officer
Take a position as to whether or not the role of a contracting officer, with the federal government, can be compared to a principal-agent relationship. Support your position.
Argue whether or not a government contracting officer should be held to the standards articulated by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 (Pub.L. 107-204, 116 Stat. 745, enacted July 30, 2002).
