Write a three pages paper answering the following questions. One page for each question.
• In the past few weeks, we have discussed several models, theories, and/or technologies describing best practices and details regarding change initiatives. For this specific question, utilize Kotter's Eight-Stage Model of Transformational Change to articulate how YOU would implement a change initiative in your department or workplace.
• State and discuss the top three reasons YOU have seen change initiative fail. Second, detail how YOU will try to prevent the failures you've seen.
• Discuss the importance of measuring progress in YOUR organization (or your team's project for those who work for organizations that silence is golden). Why do YOU think it is important to implement the one or a few of the following measures: Leading measures, Lagging measures, Internal measures, external measures, Cost-based measures, and/or non-cost measures.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
o The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
o The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
o Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
