Discuss the importance of having a communication strategy using technology within an organization. Utilizing an organization that you are familiar with, or one you have read about in a magazine or journal, analyze the effectiveness of the technology based communication strategy that is utilized by that company.
For example, you will make reference to how all levels of employees use email, cell phones, the company intranet, Skype - type communications, IM and similar methods to communicate with other employees. Provide suggestions that could improve the effectiveness of this company's communications within the organization - related to both departments and employees. A minimum of one reference beside the text should be utilized.
