2. Organizations are using more internet/computer-based training than ever before. However, there is still a lot to be said for traditional training methods. Discuss the pros and cons of traditional training methods and multi-media training. Give specific examples as to when traditional methods are more effective than multi-media training.
3. Discuss the legal issues that an HR professional should be aware of when designing training. Discuss the cultural dimensions that must be considered as well.
4. Based on the article by Zemke regarding Peter Senge and learning organizations, do you believe learning organizations can be achieved? Explain why, or why not. Of the five disciplines outlined by Senge, which do you think is most important in creating a learning organization? Explain why you chose that discipline.
